Using Open Play
Open Play is a free community app for coordinating pickleball games: seeing who's at courts, finding players, and organizing rounds. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your account secure.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Open Play in a way that:
- Respects other players and the community
- Doesn't harass, threaten, or abuse anyone
- Doesn't spam, scam, or use the app for commercial promotion unless we've agreed to it
- Doesn't try to break the app, scrape data, or circumvent our security or policies
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.
Content and conduct
You're responsible for what you post — check-ins, messages, profile info, and so on. Don't post anything illegal, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We can remove content that violates our policies and may report serious violations to authorities.
Disclaimer
Open Play is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and safe, but we can't guarantee it'll always be available or error-free. Use the app and any information on it at your own risk. We're not liable for decisions you make based on court availability, player matching, or other in-app information — including arranging games or meeting people in person. Use good judgment and stay safe.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and, for material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
